Required Documents

1. If you are employed, please provide the following:

• 6 months pay check stubs
• 6 months bank statements.
• Last 2 years personal tax return
• Personal financial statement (MPI form)
• 2 years employment history.
• Bank account in Morocco (We can assist you open one)
• Loan application
• Copy of initial sale contract

• 6 months personal bank statements
• 6 months business bank statements.
• Copy of company license (if application).
• Last 2 years Business tax return
• Last 2 years personal tax return
• Last 2 years audited business financial statement
• This year business financial statement
• Company Tax ID number
• Loan application
• Copy of initial sale contract
• Bank account in Morocco (We can assist you open one)

Fees

The following fees have to be considered:

• Property Transfer fee (Developer or Land Department)
• Mortgage processing fee (Lender)
• Mortgage registration fee (Lender)
• Valuation fee (Lender)
• Mortgage broker fee (Mortgage Broker)
