Valley Bouregreg: launch of Bab Al Bahre The total area to be developed is 70 hectares including 30 hectares to be built. Developed in partnership between the Agence d’aménagement of Bouregreg and emarati company Al Maabar, the investment amount is $750 million. The project consists of 380,000 m2 for residential, 68,000 m2 for retail, 81,000 m2 for offices and 48,000 m2 for hotels, apart-hotels and guest houses. Delivery is scheduled for 2012.
Economic Housing: House Invest House Invest, investment fund Morocco-Bahrain will invest 3.5 billion dirhams in 4 real estate projects for economic housing. Program: Kénitra (1,664 units), Berrechid (2,400 units), Oujda (2,000 units), Safi (700 units).
Real Estate: a study to better understand the market The Department of Housing and Urban Development has kicked off a prospective study on the real estate sector in Morocco in 2020. The results will be available in 2009, covering 16 regions in the country.

New scale for assessing land profits To calculate this benefit, multiply the purchase price of the property by the coefficient corresponding to the year of the transaction to obtain the current value and therefore profit taxable by deduction.
